How to Grow a Pumpkin

OFirst grade has been planting pumpkin seeds in their classroom.  Yes I said in their classroom.  They have hollowed out pumpkins and added some soil to watch the seeds from the pumpkins grow into vines and hopefully into a giant pumpkin.  Students have been learning the lifecycle of a pumpkin seed and part of their assessment was to recreate the lifecycle using the Drawing Pad App.

Mrs. Nelson's class had a visit from Mrs. Magliozzi and Mrs. Weldon this week to learn about using Raz Kids.  Students were assigned leveled books to work on their reading skills using their I-Pads.
